Under Love's Spell

“Conversation Romantique Au Lever De Lune”

Tis natural to seek delight

Hope hook and bait shall lead to bite

But try too hard and you might miss

And overlook what brings you bliss

That recognition for another

Can only come when you discover

Just what you will and will not take

The bounds your heart is wont to make

You hold on fast, don’t compromise

It will be then you realize

That knowingness can’t come too soon

Protects you from much deeper wounds

You’re open to all kinds of wonder

You welcome spell you might fall under

Till floored with awe, in presence of

The purest heights of noble love…
